It seemed as though they were going to push it but for whatever reason they just decided to not promote it at all.
There were a lot of big names in there.. no reason they shouldn't have pushed it unless something got weird like some racist thing or calling a girl John... just bizarre.
Same with Rad.
Buckaroo Banzai was a lot of fun though, and wish they had done the sequel the movie hinted at
Christopher Walken has always done different types of movies, including The Dead Zone from the same year as Brainstorm and Communion 6 years later about aliens at a cabin he visited
you can see Brainstorm in the USA and Canada but it well cost you a rental fee
I am not sure if it is odd, but it is wonderfully nostalgic and subtle.
Also Monster Hunter: Legends of the Guild at least it was better than the Monster Hunter movie. Also Legends of the Guild stays true to games, however my one main gripe about the Monster Hunter movie is how Nerscylla looks.

In this movie it looks like some alien crab.

This how it is supposed to look like.
Gonna watch L1qu1dator's recommendation tonight. I feel positive about it too. I don't need the Godfather, I just want redeeming qualities.
But I'm a little bit jaded right now. Watched The Bad Bunch last night. Hmm. Great cast for sure. Just couldn't get into it. Sorry, Neurotic Panda.
i just rewatched Nice dreams and had a good ass time while doing so :P
That weirded me out for a day after watching that
You should check out some of Master Fatman's other works. Morten Lindberg made more than just that one movie - hell, he even acted in a couple. The man was a satirist and DJ, first and foremost.
Course, it's still a pretty absurd movie overall. Though it is no Petey Wheatstraw: The Devil's Son-in-Law and it may not have some uproarious moments on par with See No Evil, Hear No Evil. But it has it's merits.
It also has a plot that's about as plausibly absurd as the feminist orc matriarchy in Bastard Bonds. Now that's a game with some unique concepts.
That was a good movie. It had a real teachable lesson in it.
