They can make some pretty amazing pictures from what I've seen, needs the right input apparently though, different search words and some commas and brackets thrown in etc
Exactly, so can "weak" AI be inspired?
That really comes down to how you define 'be inspired'
Learning machines such Stable Diffusion work by having you describe the picture you want it to generate.

Oh, perfect, so,
it's me who used other artists work without their permission.
Great.
Wait.
Oh no.

Also, this is a monastery, can you please be more ... professional.
It's crazy, I first thought it was only a fancy image search engine but figuring out how prompts and seeds work, it's for real.
Hopefully, it isn't an A I Trojan getting into our systems and kill all of humanity.
Also, I am pleased that it can make H3ntai
Blows my mind
Later I think people will use it to generate ideas and those ideas will be used to try different things. I think their is pretty big potential for it, just like ChatGPT
LOL I love the A.I. made hyper-realistic wojack.
But that is reddit in general.
They ban the artist because their art "looks" like it "might" be made by a machine learning program...
Then the artist literally uploads a video of them making the art by hand.
And then the reddit mod doubles down on stupid, as they always do, and tells the person they are still banned and should do their art in a different "style".
Such a loving, open-minded, tolerant, artistic "community".
Someone proves with video evidence they aren't a witch and they get burned at the stake anyway.
1. It's A.I. ART as in ART is subjective no matter what anyone says
2. Only the smooth brains or bad artists feel threatened. B/c guess what?!? If their art is used and the A.I. produces art similar to theirs and literally 100's of others....then your art is just a cookie cutter type like everyone else
3. ALL ART IS IN A WAY STOLEN. Each individual artist didn't invent ART. They just use it. Learned from the greats then did the same thing but slightly different. Or they do art of some things. B/c some guy does neon art of apples and another guy does neon art of bananas. Same thing different name.
4. LEARN TO CODE. A.I. art is a tool. All you need is to wait for a very cheap version of it to come out or ....in a twist of irony.... people start ripping off the A.I. programs to make their own A.I. programs lol.
5. Honestly atm A.I. art looks more HD and better than most other art i've seen. Most art tends to circlejerk the same thing. I've yet to see art on par with A.I. that has more themes like jungle or beach but in different angles as well as victorian setting.
6. WHY BOTHER?!? All art is already automated. Paintings have been outdone by cameras and pictures by video corders. Pottery and sculptures by machines. Ceramics too by machines. Basically stencils have already been made used mass produced etc. People said the same thing when they came out the replacements / enhancers.
7. If the art is good they'll still pay. There are snooby people out there who want their grass fed cows to be organic and lobsters naturally caught instead of farm raised. Those dumb smooth brainers are also very rich and have the $$$$$ to pay for a very well made hand painted art. If anything for money laundering but whatever works
8. Speaking of which modern art is proof art is dead and we killed it. just the fact that it's as big as it is means that art as a whole is a joke. I bring back to that 4 chn story of that dude who spent months on a dragon didn't finish the tail then some other dude put a horribly made sculpture of a guy sucking himself off right next to his very hard worked on dragon.
9. A simple way to do things is just credit. The academic way to by-pass copyright. Get as many sources and just cite them in the end. Then artists literally cannot ♥♥♥♥♥ about their art being stolen.
10. Many artists who scream bloody murder are probably the same ones who probably support NFTs b/c "they give more power to the artists and their work" or something along the lines.
It's fun and most people are chilled about it. I only had one guy freak out about eyes for some reason.
Wait, you payed?
I just run Stable Diffusion webui from my PC
