This thread looks like people don't understand the difference between a forum ban and a community ban. Community ban is permanent, and you can't talk to anyone not on your friend list, you can't add friends, you can't use forums and you can't trade. You can play games and that's it.

My old account I lost count of the forum bans. I only got one community ban and it was lifted after 9 days. But in 9 days I had changed my phone number and email to make this account.
