Yes, they do. They probebly sell a fair amount, seeing as Target and Walmart also carry them. Not everyone has a credit card afterall and a game card is less expensive then a pre-paid card (pre-paid card often cost $5 or more, depending on the amount added).

No walmart in Aus, target doesn't sell game cards here.

I keep forgetting EB died off in the US (bought out by Gamestop). So you are probebly right.

BNet cards are apparently difficult to find in Canada!

If you are trying to get BNet balance and don't have or want to use a personal credit card, you can buy the pre-paid credit cards in a store and use those to load balance. You can also purchase balance through Google Play/iTunes if you have an Android/iPhone that can run Hearthstone, so you can load Google Play/iTunes gift cards.

If you are trying to get BNet codes, I'd recommend using Amazon, Steam, or another site that distributes codes. You can then use pre-paid credit cards or the associated outlet's gift cards to pay.
