You should just not worry about leaving a bit of money in your Steam Wallet.

Unless you have some special reason that you have to spend it all ASAP.

You can use it later as partial payment for a game.

I think they changed the minimum so most games are 0.49 biggest discount, I haven't seen anything under 49 cents for a while now. Lame :(

I think in the summer sale the cheapest prices dropped was 0.29$.

Either save it up, or just spend it on a community market item if you want to get rid of it so badly. (I recommend keeping the money).

Original Cave Story is free and interesting. The Plus has few additions IDK but its costs few €.
