How many glasses of wine to get tipsy?

No, you don't. I was responding to TechNinja. You seem to think I was responding to you and pointing out that more than the US has an age limit of 21 for purchasing and consuming alcohol in public. I was not.

I was pointing out to TechNinja that there are more countries than just the US and that many of them have differing age limits and that many of them only apply to public consumption and purchasing, not to home use under parental supervision.
