Could use some help finding games similar to this one: Sengoku Basara...if on steam......
Hey guys, I hope you are doing well.....so I was wondering if there are games like Sengoku Basara's gameplay on steam. I enjoy the how the game is played like fighting your way through enemy forces and using all sorts of special abilities, which I find to be fun...if there are games like this on steam, any names? Thanks guys!:)

Never heard of Persona series, mind giving a bit of an explanation?
Kinda complicated to explain... It's a great jrpg series. It started off as a spinoff of another series called shin megami tensei, but it took an identity of its own with Persona 3 (only on PSP and PS2). For more https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persona_(series)

The stories are separate, so you can play each on its own (like most final fantasys for example).

Persona 4 is my favourite and it's on steam

It combines several gameplay elements: mainly visual novel /social sim and dungeon crawler with turn-based combat. The main theme of the storyline is murder mystery (with supernatural elements), but there are different substories for each of your friends. You also collect and fuse persona cards. And there are a few minigames, like usual jrpg stuff.

The gameplay loop revolves around the calendar. Starting april 11th, you arrive in this small town, and every day you do an activity in the morning (usually school), one in the afternoon (usually after-school activity, like sports or music/drama) and one in the evening. Then go to bed, and repeat. You have more freedom in the evenings, on weekends, and during school holidays.

All in all it's just a great game to immerse yourself into.

Persona 5 is also great but only on ps4/ps5 at the moment. Persona 5 strikers is a musou-style spin off/sequel of Persona 5.
