What happens if you eat a stink bug?

Those idiots on yahoo answer would not answer me, so I try steeam instead. If you search up "Are stink bugs edible" it will say yes and they taste like apples, but if you search up "What happens if you eat a stink bug" it will say they are not poisonous but they taste terrible and might give you a stomach ache, what REALLY happens?

P.S. Do not say "I dont know, how about you try it?" I am not going to eat those nasty bugs, I need to know this in case I accidentaly eat one, somehow.

I bit one by mistake while sampling freshly picked raspberries.
Luckily the bug was hanging out in that little stem-divot, so the berry shielded it some.
It still tasted awful, and put me off raspberries for years.

One just flew into my ramen. Its custom ramen, i added some things so im not tossing this out. Im eating it, but i picked the damn thing out a small moment after it dropped into it. But im sure all its juices rolled out into my soup. ♥♥♥♥ it. Tastes slighty strange but no major change in flavor.
