I never said they shouldnt exist.I said its good to have competitions/contests etc but without money involved becuz money=no honor, besides they dont deserve money for not being productive.
A soldier fights for his homeland,a mercenary fights for his money and for his boss.If you understand this simple example you will also understand that money corrupts every single sport or competition in existence.
I also suggest not buying any videogames or any other product, seeing as the market is a competition and money corrupts those.
Ho-ly ♥♥♥♥ are you stupid.
Honor is the least important thing. Money drives people to do things! Money is required for services and items. Sportsmen need a source of income to.
This money kicks off the production of a million more things. People use this money to feed and clothe and house themselves. This money, generated naturally, Spreads throughout the market and leads to more products and ideas. All becuase these sportsmen risked their lives and limbs to give you entertainment, They've created a million, million more things indirectly.
And here you are. You blatantly disrespect their hard work. You are disgusted by the tough things they go through to appease you and others like you.
And you are a disrespectful little thing, more evil then any mercenary. A soldier fights becuase he was TOLD to. A mercenary fights becuase he has to feed his family and his band. And a soldier is still paid, you know. If you thought there was a single thing honorable about war, maybe you should use your brain and realise there is nothing good about it. Wars only destroy.
And maybe you should remember you're just one person. The world is of a million different people. Not even the "16 Personalities" tests are accurate to what people really are, for everyone is different. Your opinion is different... the world is Complex, not a circular flow like you think.
And while you're at it, maybe you should remove all the games from your computer... becuase people made those for money. Oh, and stop eating, becuase even though this may be a surprise to you, farmers actually had to risk their lives to give you that gross ♥♥♥♥ you ate only a little while ago. Oh, and get out of your house. Workers had to build that. Oh, and what about your ISP? I'd like to see you off the internet, you disrespectful worm. All these things cost money. People took time away from their families, went hungry, risked their lives, and went nearly broke just to give you these things and then you say they shouldn't be on for money. Open your eyes, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
An eSport? Sure.
I dont expect from you to understand, our materialistic world is teaching us to accept this disgusting economic system.Farmers, developers etc work and they are being productive and they deserve to get paid.Gamers and athletes are not productive at all and they dont deserve a single cent for their hard ''work''.
Gratz for these insults though, they are so convincing, you are so close to make me throw all my money at gamers.
They "produce" entertainment. You're the one railing against a materialistic society, so hopefully you understand that people can value things that aren't tangible, material products.
Exactly. Problem is how much physical exertion is classed as physical exertion.
Its really dumb even debating it.
i think physical in this sense means more of a 'tangible' , because extertion by definition means physical OR mental effort. are video games physically or mentally draining? yeah sometimes they can be; especially in competition. How many hours have we spent trying to reach a new level in a video game? We take a much needed break afterwards because of a form of exhaustion. Its just a thought.
As for watching other people play games... I just don't get it. I'd rather be the one playing games, same thing with actual sports... Why watch when it is more fun to play?
