It does sound like it. I agree with the rest, slap some sense into him.
The game is self-published by SuperGiant Games. Even their previous game Bastion was published by WarnerBrothers so if your friend was going to claim 'ownership' WB would at least make 'some' sense (but still 100% wrong)
