For one, he's inbred. That leads to problems in and of itself, some of which result in creepiness. For another, he's an elite. Elites tend to be creepy regardless of whom they are or what resulted in their being in the modern day nobility that deserve as much yeeting as the previous chronological incarnations of said caste. Granted there are exceptions to every rule. A third would of course be his blood relation to David Rockerfeller. Only David whom he could be blood-related to which would make him creepier would be David ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Rothschild.

Well one guess I might have is...

Some people have rehearsed every interaction possible, time and time again. So what you get is them replaying things out.

Why would a person do it?

A. They aren't a whole person, they might lack an inner self or have a really dark self, or be a psychopath, narcassist, or something.
B. They are trying to be too perfect and flawless and/or fear getting canceled
C. They're just like so dead inside, and just living to live.

Everyone has hobbies and some people's hobby is responding to imaginary questions in their heads all the time. So they are prepared for any question or event.

Mark probably has access to everything, so he's probably seen every human evil possible, seen every conversation most people think up.

And he might think since he knows everything, he should control the human race or society or something.
