They're mens who've refused their role. The very state they're in is the result of their mental weakness. We can't measure mental strengh indeed, but we can see other's behaviors to have an idea about it. It's like having the choice between a dog wolf and a poodle as a pet, I take the dog wolf without even thinking about it. Because what's in it's wild state is beautifull and functionnal, instead of the corrupted versions of it.
It make a lot of mental strengh and confidence to fight a fire to save houses and crops of your community, like some did in the past days in South-West Europe against fires. Wearing a dress is nothing, don't associate something so trivial to courage or strengh.
