If I'm not feeling Iike gaming then I don't game
It doesn't really affect my mental status. Sometimes I do really well and that's because I am actually thinking in multi-player, but sometimes I just have brain fog and I can't play.
I don't know if gaming affects my mental status. I think it's the other way around for me. I have to be in a specific state of mind in order to properly game.
I would say that at the same time, however, it may have also served as a coping mechanism (particularly in the past few years) that has prevented me from being able to move forward in life. Although there are other things that likely fulfilled that purpose as well, so it's not exclusively down to gaming alone that's kept me back.
Overall, I would say that gaming has been a net positive impact on me, mentally, not a negative one. And in other aspects - socially, for example - it's had an even more beneficial effect on my life.
Same. Honestly, I'd rather sleep than game! Lol
