If you physically place your testicles on another human's head then you are sexually assaulting them. Why? because you are getting enjoyment from placing your sexual organ on another person organ, "skin".

I've played team based FPS games and I've been squatted on when I died, but is that really tea bagging? The user that presses the Ctrl key a bunch of times to squat on me is not tea bagging, the avatar has no testicles to tea bag. If you want to really tea bag someone, then invite a friend over and when they are sleeping, whip out your testicles and slap them right down on their forehead. I'm sure the reality of truly tea bagging someone will make you grow up and never tea bag again. Why? because it's stupid.
