I'm not the biggest fan, but to see him go away like that makes me realize how fragile we really are. I saw him being a big icon in the rap industry(Possibly Drake level) somewhere in the future. He was only 20 years old and have so much potential and life left in him. When I viewed the video, it really upset me that someone would do that to another human being. He wasn't the best role model and he's made some mistakes in the past, but he genuinely tried to change himself to be that role model and has helped those in need.
Cherish life, guys. You never know what might happen to you tomorrow.

When we listened to old rap in the 90s and 2000s like 50 Cent and Snoop Dog, we were kids and had NO CLUE what they were saying. And that music could actually be considered catchy via the instrumentals and funny goofyness.

But we left it at that. We didn't listen to this nonsense out there now, and went back to normal music when we got older.

Back then I was listening to Slayer and Death*. Hated rap as a kid, still do now as an adult. Don't get what you mean by "normal music".

I care about him, just like I care about everyone else. I just think it's extremely disrespectful to bad mouth a person that just passed away. As I've said earlier he wasn't the best moral compass but he did attempt to change himself. He's donated to charities, prevented a peer from commiting suicide, actively promoted positive with the helpinghandchallenge and avoiding petty squabbles with others. etc.

Bought foster kids over $10000 worth of stuff including games, instruments, clothes and general school gear. He went and listened to them. Asked every child what they aspire to be and signed over 60+ tshirts. He was robbed for an lv bag and left in his car in critical condition no one deserves that. Boo who. I dont care about some scummy rapper dont tell me what I can and cannot do. We have a right to say who cares or i dont care as it is our opinion. Same way as you like his 'songs' thats your opinion. Yes no one deserves what happened to him but as I do not know him at all and dislike his music I can in fact say I do not care. People die everyday its just how it is, im not gonna cry about every single one.
