What kind of cheese is the best cheese?
Objectively speaking. Like scientifically. I need facts, not opinions.

Well you're not going to get them, because "best" is not a definable factual standard.

As to what I subjefctively like a decent Glastonbury cheddar, or a Blackstick's Blue (stinks to heaven but it's lovely). Or a straight up proper Wensleydale.

Or even something my native native Lincolsnhire even does - the Lincolshire Poacher cave aged cheddar.

Because time isn't cheap. And time is the main ingredient in cheese.

Wegmans has their own cheese caves which does wonders for keeping our costs down.
