I know I've played horribly buggy games, but my brain just kind of ignores that if I still like them and forgets the nightmares driven by those I didn't play long enough to like...
There are games with notable bugs, though. Two that I can remember are:
Warband - There's a bug that will not allow you the final victory and/or cutscene. AFAIK, it still exists.
Star Wars: Empire at War - There's a bug with building and/or using the Death Star that will cause a CTD and the render the save unplayable. (I "think" it may have finally been patched years after release.)
Star Wars Battlefront II - There's a sound output driver issue that can make the game hang on run. It's user-fixable by changing system defaults for the application. (Plenty of instructions online.)
Civilization IV: Nuclear Gandhi

I remember the above since I've played them again recently.)
Oh, I know one I've played that is full of unfixed bugs! Wow, who could have forgotten this?
<Insert Bethesda Title Here>
I played it a couple of years ago on Console. And, being on Console, the remaining bugs are a "feature." That means... "annoying" is a "feature" of ARK on consoles. :)
Take for example me finding naked dead people spawning, or people with exploded heads wanting to chat.
I swear, one more naked dude falling out of the sky at that river bend bridge I am going to kill everyone in that world, stuff them ALL in the orphanage, and lets see if that fixes the problem.
Might have been my computer that was to blame, but my game would crash every two minutes
However I'd have to go with some who have already commented here, and say Ark Survival Evolved. I call that game 'the best aneurysm you will ever have' - it's an utter headache and a nightmare, but also somehow manages to have flashes of greatness which keep you playing despite it's faults.
