just try to have fun
I don't know if Splatoon (or Splatoon 2) or Overwatch might have what you're looking for; I know I've been interested in them since they have a somewhat similar "flavor" to TF2. Also maybe Rocket League?
Personally, I've never liked competitive anyway, so the times I play such games are really rare. I far prefer behaving in games as I do in real life - helping others. So co-op does it for me.
And thre are plenty good ones like this. I recommend Killing Floor and Killing Floor 2. It's a straight up wave based shooter, so while limited you can jump in and out. The actual gunplay is pretty nice - it's the viscreal feedback that makes it enjoyable. More though, the sound is excellent. Stick some good heaphones on and you can exactly place where enemies are coming from behind you, keeping your teammates alive.
I recommend you either Google Co-op multiplayer games or search on the store for the popular ones.
Are they supposed to let you win? Are they supposed to change how they play because it makes you sad?
Wow really?. I guess i play a different game then.
Oh so you get to dictate how/where they play then?
