No! My friend is making me jealous!
We are both playing a game and I came to a point where I can't progress because achievement is too hard. He keeps saying stuff like "do you see this achievement? Complete Chapter 4
well, you'll never get it ;)))"

Why is he acting like this? Maybe he is a better gamer but doesn't mean he is a good person! Do you guys think he is pathetic too?

I can relate to that. So many friends make me jealous. Others too. I am miserable, and hate that.

I can understand if that's really annoying. I can't handle that kind of situation either.

Friendship is a two way street lightwo. You can't just say My life is meserabe and I expect them to listen to my problems all the time. But then as soo as they have a problem and need a friend to rely on you just oh no sorry i'm not interested.
That was not at all what I meant by it... you're on point to some degree, but I was only referring to the fact I feel like everyone has some kind of advantage I crave for.

Well, as long as he is otherwise nice and is only teasing you, I don't see the issue here. It's not evil to tease a person when you know they aren't genuinely trying to hurt you. If it was someone who was angry or otherwise did bad things to you, on the other hand, or in a more serious context that was very tense, THEN maybe it could be something hateful and spiteful in intent. But of course, guesswork is not good, so you'd have to have some kind of idea of why it is you think that person is tense or angry in the first place.

Otherwise, if they're not abusing you with it constantly, then not sure why it would be an issue. Feeling jealous isn't actually inherently bad it just doesn't feel good. As long as you're not acting out in abusive ways because of it - which I assume you're not? - then it doesn't matter. Some people are able to deal with their feelings of jealousy without actually going out of their way to hut other people.
