I've used both and there is no difference with the hair. What made a difference was the products used on the beard, such as conditioner, shampoo and things like beard oil.
Sames. I use a double sided safety razor. I can get a pack of 100 blades for cheap vs many of those other razors out there.
...How?
Unless you pair the scissors with a comb I'm imagining lots of stray hairs in irregular shapes everywhere.
What's happening is that shaving with an electric shaver often doesn't reach the hairs ingrained in your skin, while shaving with a blade will reach those hairs.
It will grow back faster if you don't reach those hairs.
I don't shave I just touch up my beard or trim it with a trimmer. I don't mind keeping the stubble.
