Would you use GOG Galaxy 2.0 as a universal launcher for games?

I use the GoG launcher for GoG and that is it. I can add any game to Steam or Origin on my HD anyway. Which I don't bother with really.

Not really. I only leave Steam up as it is, only using other launchers if I want to play a game from there (or playing a Uplay game on Steam).

Galaxy would require me to have all launchers running at one time, by the looks of it. Even if it only launches the launcher to start the game, I doubt it will close the launcher afterwords, so I still have to go in an close it.

I don't feel a central launcher used to start other launcher is going to work out and I doubt all the stores are willing to work together and support a universal launcher.

I prefer Steam for most of my games, but I don't mind the GoG launcher. GoG Galaxy is still better than most other launchers, it just doesn't have all the features that Steam provides.

No. Why should I? Steam already starts with Windows.

I'm already liking the multiple individual launchers that I use. I don't see a point in using a single one that gathers all of them.
