You could access deep web site with just adding a thing to a link but it would be horrible idea to.
Have looked at both and have yet to find anything useful personally. You have to kind of know what you want/where you're going and you can't search it really, even with the search engines that are supposed to. They still seem to skim the surface. Obviously has use for both criminals and law enforcement/ governement(s), but for average civilians I don't see the point.

Also, the only things on the dark net now are fake med sellers, scammers, sick people, and cyber security specialists from different countries police forces/gov departments, who spend months tracking down illegal material, only to find it was an entrapment operation by another police force/gov department.
I know someone who worked for a private charity for a couple years whose role was to take down illegal images and vids by any means necessary.
They got handed stuff that the authorities just had no hope of finding the source of(most of it apparently) And this was just on your normal everyday internet!
