I draw the line at spicy / flavorful.... if it hurts to eat there's no point in eating it.

goes nice with carrots, spicy carrots are great
Salsa brands are just w/e is there I like to make my own pico de gallo(Sometimes with mango)
Pepper sauce is w/e I get from the burrito shops.
I use Frank's red hot on wings.
I use Sriracha on grilled meats.
I use the crushed chili paste from the people who make sriracha with pretty much everything.
I use Wilbur's revenge for chicken nuggets.
