It’s about IP exposure.

I would really want God of war 2, but I don't know if they will ever release it has never even been released on PS4 and it is already playable on PC with their "service" which sucks because games as services sucks but I mean I believe that this is what they would say "you already can play it, we don't release it on our own consoles anymore, we don't care"
I'd like God of war 2018 too, I would buy it (on Steam, NOT on EGS) but God of war 2 is my favourite and it is an even better game.
I'd like Gran Turismo too, but not the later ones, I would want GT4.
Ico and Shadow of the colossus would be very tempting too even if I don't know if I would have the patience to actually play them again I loved them and they were fantastic experiences... This is the problem with those two games, they were fantastic experiences but not actually very "ENTERTAINING" as games, and on Steam I already have other "similar" games that I would rather play again instead of those two but I would still be temped to buy them again anyway, they are very good anyway.

I don't even know if Soul Calibur 3 is actually a Sony exclusive or not but it is only on PS2 and I would absolutely buy it again on Steam I would want so much to have it on PC.

Other than that I don't know I don't think there are other Playstation exclusives that I would want.

Maybe Sackboy A big adventure, I hate Little big planet... "software"... (I mean in my opinion it is bad both as a game AND as an editor too)... but that game looks quite fun and charming, I'd like to at least try it.
I hope jumps don't suck this time because in LBP games jumps really suck and feel really awful.

Epic didn't do ♥♥♥♥, Quantic Dream just offered them to make a deal as proven already by Death Stranding, HZD and Flow (they had snatched Journey)

Exclusives just need to stop and is an old practice that needs to change. All games should be available on all platforms and you can buy on the one that you enjoy and maybe get a bonus on that platform you purchase on.

I wanted to try days gone but I don't console game anymore. It's a complete waste of money (for me) when they are low budget computers, hardly anything worth purchasing and they come to PC eventually.

You forgot to mention that PS5 has the best graphics, TRUE next-gen games. PC isn't getting those until 2022 and they will still most likely be mediocre like most multiplats.

Good thing that I said you are able to buy on whatever platform you want to and not be "forced" to buy into one console you don't want.
