The guns finally have a weight to them. I also like how big the world map is and it has some good characters and acting. It has some really annoying characters too, but that's pretty realistic since the rebels are supposed to be made up of rag tag regular people.
There's a reason they are on 6, as changing the formula too much would ruin the series like so many other games, so even if you don't like it, plenty of other people do.
About the only things I don't like is that instead of perks, like the previous games had, it is all tied into perks based on your clothing items, which can be rather annoying. The main character is not as bullet spongy as previous games so early to mid game you gotta be more careful and sneaky till you have better equipment. It seems to have way too much of a focus on "Co-Op" play as enemies are a lot more bullet spongy than previous games and multiple missions are almost impossible without 2 players as you will get swarmed from all sides and elevations in a lot of missions. You also can't change ammo types on the fly anymore and now require using a workbench to do that.
I can't wait till mods come out for it as they will make it a lot more fun like mods to Far Cry 3, 4, & 5 did.
