We always like people, regardless of them using abbreviations. Using abbreviations makes text a little difficult to understand. If you can write without using abbreviations, that would be great.
Abbreviations are for insiders, and people have to guess what they stand for, and they could mean a lot of different things that aren't at all obvious, and can only be explained by making assumptions.

Well, faces are obvious, though not really abbreviations. TTYL, INB4 and that sort of stuff, those are abbreviations. It just takes a while to get used to them, don't really like them either.
