Yes your time of birth and when you were born and where you were born do matter more and give more details about what person you are. Zodiacs have to do with what position the planets were at the time of your birth. Obviously this can easily be called not true because there is a lot of babies born in the same hospital at probably the same hour. Although the thing is people RARELY meet someone who was born at the same date and time as you. I don't think I've met someone like that. If you want to learn more you can look here:

If by "believe in" one means believe that stars cause the claimed personality trait tendencies, no. Any proposed example is simply a standalone case of confirmation bias. For example, if there's some horoscope that claims us people born in March are grumpy, and I become grouchy on one day of that month, someone might call attention to it, even if I've been walking on a cloud every other day of that month.
