I want to play to my old MechWarrior 4 : Vengeance

Hey!
I found an old disk of MechWarrior 4 vengeance. Because i play the 5th that came out recently i wanted to play again the 4 after more thant 13 years. But....it doesn't work.
I've installed it correctly but everytime i want to launch it nothing happen. I tried all the compatibility (Windows 8, 7, . . ., 95) but nothing seem to work.

Please help me!!!

You're better off trying to find help elsewhere, frankly as this isn't a Steam issue.

Maybe a simple bit of Googling can find you an up to date fix?

For an old game like that you're better off playing it through more "unconventional means"...

and if I were to go into further detail on that I would get banned so hard! But I will drop this link here.

If he owned the game previously how is emulating it against the rules. Hes already paid for the game

Indeed it's not a steam issue but i don't remember that we aren't allowed to speak about non-steam issues

I have this game. Sadly my DVD drive no longer works and i don't wish to wish buy one. Since i barely used my drive that's now dead.

I'm saying if you want the best chance of an answer you go to as close to the horses mouth that you can get.

For example, if I wanted to query my disability benefits, I don't go ask Tesco's.
