Now that's being lazy.
Besides this anyway, OP is on dangerous ground now you exposed him. xD
That is why it has a name, and a definition, and medical explanation.
All it is, is you waking up before the rest of your body does. Often only lasts for a few seconds. Usually lucid dreamers or people with nightmares/night terrors are the most likely to experience it.
Now if you wake up literally paralyzed for the rest of your life... Then that is likely something completely different.
Yes sleep paralysis is real. It’s also something that happens to you during REM sleep so being paralyzed during sleep is normal. Sleep paralysis is when that paralysis happens at the wrong time
It is not horrific, it is a gift.
Only people with extreme control, can pull it off and it showcase that you have a balanced mind and can trancent into the void of layer between sleep and awake..
I envy you for this magnificent feat and applaud you.
It's not like Fibromyalgia or Morgellons.
the last time it happened, i explored it out for as long as i could before falling a sleep (usually no more than 5-10 minutes at most), feeling out the various sensations, the hard breathing and general noises in the area.
It was a fascinating experience wondering what that creak was on the floor boards and the first thought going through your mind, a murderer!
This one gets it.. its a special journey, that should be experienced and it will show you a lot of facinating things.. if you are not some nervous person or scared of death and what not, then this experience can lead to very enjoyable things and maybe even put you more in touch with yourself..
Don´t fear what you don´t understand, embrace it and learn from it instead.
It always happens to me that I always see shadow people, one time i saw a Shadow person so tall they had to crouch a little bit to enter my room.
Once they tried to choke me and last time i could hear and feel something crawling to my bed
All of this is just your mind of course but ♥♥♥♥ is scary
I relished it.. it was a good experience and if you are calm, the feeling of "loss of breathe" evolves into control, slowing down time, feeling everything around you and inside yourself.. the ultimate control... 20 secounds, can feel like 2 hours.
you are overgeneralising, and it is dangerous for others and yourself.
