Gaming is something they can monitor online. How can they enforce this offline? People crack stuff to run outside clients. Just only so called game addiction then?

So comics, books, movies can not be an addiction? I could use to read a book all day. I can spend hours reading comics. TLOTR EE is 12+ hours. I can binge all week on B5 or BSG.
