Minecraft - Account problem.
MINECRAFT ACCOUNT PROBLEM
-------------------------------------------------------
Hi, my name is Wholf on MC.
I have been playing MC since 8-10-2016.
This entire 2 weeks i have been playing MC non stop to have fun, manage/administrate my servers together with friends and suddently i got an email saying:

Due to recent suspicious activity in your account we suspect that your Mojang Studios account email and password may have been compromised. To prevent unauthorized use of your account we've reset your account password. If you use that same password on other sites we strongly recommend that you change your password on those sites as well.

I changed my password and continued playing for 2 hours, the e-mail i got was from Mojang and 100% save. which i received: 5-1-2021 16:14.
I had dinner and after that i wanted to play Minecraft again but i suddently had to login again even though i had 'save password' on. I tried login in and for some reason my password is invalid?! I clicked the button 'forgot password' and filled in my e-mail adress. After hours of waiting i still have not gotten an e-mail in return to change my password which felt weird and strange.

Now here is the thing.
I bought Minecraft a long time ago and i do not have the TID (transactionID) anymore. I also filled in a ticket but a lot of people telling me that it can take up to months for getting a reply which is crazy. Now, i can send so much proof that the account is mine.
Minecraft videos, screenshots and artwork including hundreds of people who can confirm that the name 'Wholf' is MY account.

Only their support can restore access to your account.

Do you still have the original email? Check it, read it's raw message header, is it actually legit? You might of been phished by a fake email, which captured your new login.

Run a trusted anti-virus software, such as Kaspersky, MalwareBytes, or SpyBot:
https://www.safer-networking.org/products/spybot-free-edition/

Update it's definitions and run a full scan, checking and ensuring there's no malware or key logger on your PC.

Don't brute force the password prompt, if wrong multiple times. Some systems will ignore your repeating of login attempts as a brute force protection. So even if it's the correct password, it's ignored and a brute force will skip over it. Rather give the system a break before attempting to login again.

So give it a break, but during that break check your system isn't compromised.

Fake email or malware injection scan your computer with malware bytes
And change your password from the official website, if u still have access to the email. Did u create that account? Or did you buy it?

If didn't create the account it could be the original owner recovering his account, don't buy used"alt" accounts many of those accounts are stolen

Creating a new account is the option I went with myself.
