Took it in college and it didn't seem so special. What do you think is the most alluring language?

You mean how it sounds or how expressive it is?

I guess for both, but Sweden is under appreciated language too in that regard.

Japanese is very alluring. Unlike other Asian languages, Japanese is in a category of it's own and isn't related to Chinese in any way.

It is the most messed up language, influenced by Chinese, Korean, Ainu and Ryukyuan. Also the most useless language in this world. GHQ should have forced us to use English.
