Any suggestions on games to play?

For the past few years i have been mostly playing games that i only enjoyed because i was playing with my friends, games like ark, rust or dead by daylight to name a few but i never felt that i had actually cared for those games.

the last game i can honestly say i enjoyed was destiny. i loved Destiny 1 to death i played it all the time, not because i had a base to maintain or a raid to prep for but because I enjoyed the content and the freshness of the game. but now most games just feel identical to all others and i have no passion for gaming.

i would love to get some opinions for games that you guys feel are unique and enjoyable, they can be really obsolete indi games that have a unique appeal to them, just want out of this slump.

lobotomy corporation and the scp genre
age of mythology
borderlands 2
destiny 1
darksouls
ori and the blind forest
the last of us
starwars battlefront

I guess that would have to depend on what you're interested in, without really listing any specific game genre/types it's pretty hard to find something to recommend.

But, knowing that you loved Destiny 1, have you played Destiny 2?

yeah i know i was being vague but i just want to see what others thought about their favourite games as i have no personal favourite genre. And thanks for the suggestion, but i feel destiny 2 has a much more causal friendly feel to it then destiny 1. i played destiny 2 up to the leviathan raid i think, but i just didnt think it stood up to its predecessor.

Dying Light not the best of games, but it is a fave. Modes are SP, Co-Op and PvP. I find all the parkour really fun. The combat is not as tight as Dead Island. Made by the same company. I pretty much play SP. Beat the game like six times. About a 50 hour-ish run each time. It has new game+ and constant levelling up. Not maxed out yet. So looking forward to DL2.

I think this is a pretty good game, for the adventure and story. The combat in the game is kind of clunky. I was pretty much getting started in the game and didn't come back to it yet.
