Ironically, some of the best jiggles I've seen aren't even 3D.
Some 2D eroge jiggles are just so finely animated that they make dynamic 3D jiggle physics look like a complete joke by comparison.

Anyways, if you want the best jiggle physics, then nothing beats 3D rendering engines like MMD or SFM, or dedicated 3D adult games like 3D Sexvilla or Honey Select.
