I dont think there's something that automatically makes a beatmap for you to the music (im not sure on that) however regardless of that you can make your own manually to music.

On second thought i think there is, but you have to download an audio file of the song to put it in.

If anyone is interested, I started up a steam group & curator page which reviews music driven games :) I'm a fan of the genre, and i know they aren't always easy to find. It's just games that have the specific feature of letting you use your own music.

The search/tag function on steam isn't the best though, it doesn't pick everything up, and often has unrelated things on the genre pages.
