If I'm having a bad spell and am bedbound for days, then it will be every waking hour, with some omissions for breaks, other things, etc.
If it's normal day to day life and I'm getting around better, then it will be at least 6 hours every day, going into the wee hours of every morning. During the day I'll be doing a few minor household jobs, playing synths, recording music, building something electronic or experimenting with something or another. Or just listening to music - I have a high end stereo which I dearly love, bought thanks to the proceeds from a defamation case on a national music magazine some years ago. Or pinball (my wife hates this last one as it's in the front room).
Basically, I knew I was going to be housebound so I took the trouble to spend years getting toys together to ♥♥♥♥ around with at home.
So yeah, it's a lot but I'm retired so it doesn't matter.
