Did the Valve logo scare you when you first saw it?

The first time I played Team Fortress 2 from the Orange Box on Xbox 360 years ago, I jumped when Mr. Valve popped up.

It was a jumpscare the first time I saw it.
Loud noises : CHECK
Creepy Imagery : CHECK

I was somewhat scared by Mr. Valve when I first started Portal 2 where he slowly turns his head around...

I was only familiar with the back of his head
