Rotisserie chickens are small though, like half the size of a normal chicken.

I do that allt he time its so much more satisfying then just eating a bucket of assorted limbs and breasts and stuff eating the actual chicken just feels nice and more fresh.

Eating a chicken whole is roughly around 1000 calories, now bare in mind that is a healthy amount for the days main meal but you aren't eating vital vitamins, iron, fiber, carbohydrates.

You can eat a whole chicken but you aren't actually obsorbing as much of it as a proper plate of vegetables and carbohydrates, pretty much a waste of money.

Nice treat though.

Then that goes above a healthy amount of calories per day and thus, adding weight.

You go to HyVee and you get the rotisserie chicken! Shame Shame! You should get the two entree Chinese meal, get you some Lo Mein, some Mongolian Beef, and the Yummy Chicken! With an egg roll!

Actually, their Rotisserie Chicken is pretty good.
