Best Free Antivirus?
I need a cheap Antivirus that's not Windows Defender. I have Malwarebytes installed on my computer and I scan every day. I don't visit weird sites. I don't have money to pay for an Antivirus until next month due to unforseen circumstances. What's the best free antivirus I can get or should I just keep to Windows Defender and Malwarebytes?

Best is to do a Google search of top 10 free antivirus then you can go from there. Ditch windows defender if you, can keep Malwarebytes, does help to scan now and again for Malware. I prefer using avast but I know there is better antivirus software which is free

If you're playing it safe I would just stick with Windows defender
As I have lurk on some really weird sites with just Windows defender.

i wouldn't touch norton. Personal reasons, i will say it is the worst antivirus as it doesn't always detect or find virus and when it does then it cannot remove the virus. Other reason is that it bloats/slowdown the system even when it doesn't even scan the system or update, pretty much just idling.

Bitdefender., though you can't turn it off (the free version) Only one that provides free good live protection. Otherwise just stick with your windows defender & common knowledge.

Using Avast for like 8+ years, probably the best free antivirus!

Yes an old version and new free version. Don't know about you or other people but I always end up with a virus or two when using/trying norton.

AVG best. Avira and Avast are also good.

Ugh why would any one use an outdated OS?
Might as well said use Linux based OS wich still getting long term uppdates to ensure securety.

Wow, so many suggestions. I'll look into every one of them before making my decision. Thanks!
