Any mountain climbing games out there?

Hey I was wondering about this and I know of Mirror's Edge but is there something else similar that takes you out into the mountain side?

Gameplay might be similar to that one mission from Cod minus the dramatics.

No Todd you can only do those weird little jumps in Skyrim. Not what you would call climbing.

An actual video game that approximates climbing? That would be pretty awesome, but I suspect it would be about as appealing to the general public as climbing mountains is?

It would totally be doable though. There's only a few moves climbers rely on, and the gear is always limited to what you can easily carry with you.

Horizon Zero Dawn has climbing elements and so does God of War to a lesser degree.

Personally I prefer Dying Light for my climbing fix. Nathan Drake has climbing, but not really into that series.

Yeah I see your point but I thought it would be awesome though. Sights to see and things to do, whilst the mechanics could be detailed I believe, ah well...

I was just playing Skyrim and was climbing mountains because in that game you can sort of glitch to do that so that's pretty cool experience when it's possible.

There's The Climb for VR (Oculus store). Haven't tried it yet, but seems to have high scores.
