You bought it? With money? Or did you redeem a coupon for a free copy. That is how I got B3. Because I bought a video card. Did you buy from a license site?
You only get a refund if you bought it from the actual Epic store.

BL3 wasn't free. It was the Borderlands The Handsome Collection that was free and that does not include BL3.
Takes 10 seconds of searching to find requirements at which game will be playable and at what settings.
And its again your fault for using piece of ♥♥♥♥ epic games in general, especially when the game is available on steam and steam keys for BL3 are pretty much just as cheap.
Despite their giveaways, epic games is scum.
There are no details about why they didn't accept the refund.
I bought on EGS with a coupon Metro Exodus for $6. Didn't like it, refunded the game with no problem at all.
As long it is under 2 hours, after that you can't refund.
The store it is a lackluster, but the refund system works
"Not honoring"
-______- this is my super surprised face, because I'm super surprised.
Oh right: complain to them - only you can't. lol. Why would you be a sucker and get it on their platform when you KNOW that they have ZERO support, and NO forums...
I mean, also what's said above: it's still on you to research your purchases. B3's requirements are stupidly high, so... yeah it's not gonna run on iffy or mediocre computers anyway.
