keyboard clicks inconsistent
sometimes when im typing some keys dont register or a key gets stuck (not the actual key on the keyboard) so when im typing something it looks like thissssssssssssssssssssssss and i need to press it again for it to stop. also when im playing a game like csgo and im pressing adadada my character sometimes goes more to the right or left and sometimes less. this has only happened with this keyboard and not only in csgo but in every game.
i tested my keyboard on this site https://blog.seethis.link/scan-rate-estimator/
and i am 100% sure that im clicking my keys consistently but sometimes it shows 16ms sometimes its 100

Ah well, if it's a cheap machanical keyboard, no setting is going to alleviate anything.

Your best bet is to open it up and have a nose round inside. It wouldn't be untoward for there to be moulding or occasional bits of plastic stuck to keys and inhibiting travel. Or crap stuck in the mechanism. Pop the key caps off too and see if there's anything there as well.

If you improve nothing then it's basically something you can;t easily fix and your best bet is to just get a better one asap.

When you're purchasing stuff that gets used a lot and regularly, like a guitar, synth, or even keyboard, you want it to behave consistently and contiuously. It's worth not cheapening out on this. Lesson for the future.

Go to Control Panel and select Keyboard. There are options in there to help prevent stuff like that happening. If it's a mechanical problem then you may just need a new keyboard.

No problem.

On a side note, I've just dug out an old keyboard I had in storage so I use my laptop in bed on my TV and sit comfortably. While it's been stored in a nice room temperature environment in a cupboard in my room, the num keys have got stuck as if something sticky has fallen on them, which is obviously impossible.

I'm not looking forward to pulling it apart and fiddling about with all the keys and switches.
