4 minutes, at that point pins and needles in the eyes happen, you'll feel very weak and dizzy. it isn't something you should attempt as it puts strain on your internals, especially the heart and brain. When you finally start breathing, it will take quite a few minutes to recover from the effects.

5 minutes is pretty much the limit otherwise you start risking brain damage from lack of oxygen through hypoxia.

I get 2-3 mins out of water. 4-5 mins in the water.(with a partner present, do not try alone)

I've been able to put out enough air to play a note on the trumpet for about a minute straight, can't remember measuring how long I've just plain held my breath.
