Uh, what?

Maybe read over the title again?

Marvel will most likely go downhill now that Lee is gone. Can't argue with that.
Movies will be probably the most affected, since chances are there will be no more cameo appearances. Those made movies more special for me.
HAHA!

Lady captain marvel has to have a "butt double stand-in" cuz her rear is flat.

This is "politically correct" marvel Disney now!

"We got our forced diversity quota and screwed over yet another comic franchise, but her butt is flat! We are likely going to need a stand-in or have to CGI her a nicer rear end!"

Stan passed away which comes as a shock especially when he created a phenomal world full of superheroes to keep the world appeased, hmmm, Iron Man, but the most unfortunate thing is once the torch is passed, it won't be the same, as if it is almost identical to how George Lucas sold out to Walt Disney with Star Wars which is a shame.

The unfortunate thing is, Walt Disney, isn't around to guide it but some muppets who make it worse who only care about quantity.

Either way, we do not look at the future as the same way we look at the past.

Aside for a few exceptions, Marvel movies have kind of been mediocre to me. I only recall enjoying Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and Infinity War.

Stan Lee's cameos used to infuse a dash of energy in our already excited and charged body while watching Marvel movies. That excitement while spotting Sir Stan Lee in the movie is priceless.

Having said that, I don't think that absence of his cameos will make much impact on the storyline of any future movie. As long as Kevin Feige (the main producer of the MCU since Iron Man) is still in charge of the franchise, I think the MCU will do just fine in the future. Unpopular opinion here, I guess I'm part of those who's willing to give a chance to Captain Marvel movie, even though I'm not really a fan of her in the comics.

But yes, he will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, sir.

Isn't his son taking over the franchise now?

No, this franchise is still owned by Kevin Feige since the very beginning of the MCU, back in 2008.

Lol...

Marvel is owned and been run by Disney... good ol' Stan lost his say in things years ago when the Marvel Entertainment sold things off.

Not to mention most of the things seen today are all done and in the can for a while now... I'm sure we will still see a few shots of Lee in a few more movies, all done before his death, just to keep a vague resemblance of contiguity. That's why his cameos were put in there... he was a show piece... someone to tie in the old fan base to the new movies.... nothing more.

Mr. Lee instilled his formula in all the movies he was and is part of, and i did find some humor in his cameos and now with the formula not existing, you can expect things to change regardless.

Yeah, but how does it suck?

Stan Lee hasn't had an active role in running Marvel for more than four decades. He was a figurehead for a very long time, and even less for the past two decades. Marvel has been run and operated by people that aren't Stan Lee for a longer period of time than when it was. If people think that the comics and the movies are going to be different now that he's gone, or are "getting worse" because of his lack of direct involvement (i.e. he had none) because of his death, they are deluding themselves.

There will be cameos in future movies... just it won't really be him. Only he'll be digital and he will use pre-recorded lines that was done before his death.

And I agree with this. Thor Ragnarok (the movie that got me back into Marvel), Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and 2, and Infinity War are all great movies. The rest just tend to bore most people.

Marvel started to suck after Disney bought the rights to them, just like starwars
