Is Herobrine Real...
So, first things first- I know I'll probably get a LOT of hate for this! (If it even gets past 12 veiws lmao) But please, hear me out on this.

So, from when Minecraft first came out and to this day, I have loved the game. Now, only a few years back, I'd say maybe 3? 4? I discovered something called 'Herobrine.' People have claimed to see a terrifying ghost within the seemingly harmless game, however no claims really say that he has come into contact with the players, so all we can think is that he destroys outside things to affect you. Now, Mojang really didn't say 'No, he is 100% not real.' They just shrug their shoulders and smirk whenever asked the question.

Now, since we cannot truly say that these people who claim to have seen an inhuman entity are lying, for- we can't exactly see into people's heads. So, I will begin by characterizing what people have described to be this mysterious Herobrine. It is the default Steve skin with white eyes, and he never comes into broad daylight- most people say that he lurks in caves and thick fog. This would make for actually, a great movie- or book, since it sounds eerie but oh so cool at the same time- ah, anyways;

Since most of the people who play Minecraft either know or have heard about this urban legend, they most likely will have looked it up- which in this case, I did. I'll explain to you the most popular backstory..

The player had been on an early version of Minecraft, and while they were cutting trees in some unusually thick fog, they noticed that there was a figure, standing a few blocks away from them- obscured by the fog. The player went to get a closer look, hoping for a cow to get some leather, but the strange humanoid creature retreated into the unknown... Not to be seen until their next post about him..

The user that first saw this Herobrine, says that they thought it might have been an employee at Mojang, who got fired and was angry. So, to take his revenge- he created Herobrine, and he hacks and haunts players without an end, but he never lets himself get truly discovered.

I thought at first, 'Ok, this is super far fetched... But I like me some mystery-' So naturally, that week (and most likely month) I was obsessed with looking for him and finding traces, but nothing ever popped up. However, I have seen some strange things now and again, but it could just be me being over-suspicious! Ha, anyways, if you guys have any ideas, opinions (good or bad), or experiences on this matter, I would love to hear it! Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you enjoyed!

Herobrine has always been fake unless you mod Minecraft.

Notch said something about it at one point. I barely remember it anymore. I think he said that the fog options killed Herobrine. This is because if the player took away the fog or paused and expanded the fog... Poof! Herobrine's mysterious figure is ruined!
