Is there any other website you can buy Overwatch aside from Blizzard?

Amazon, Gamestop, and local game stores are the only other places that I know of that sells it. In all honesty you should have gotten it during Blizzard's Black Friday sale as the standard edition was being sold at a historical low of $14.99 USD.

the game is meh anyway , and since blizzard charges so much for it , its not really worth it

The price should cut about 35-50% around christmas/new years time on blizzard or amazon. Not 100% sure though. If that is too much of a wait, try cdkeys or greenmangaming.

Regardless though take caution when buying from the third party sites as it's done at your own risk.

Just buy it during sale. The last time it was 10$ for the full game, twice that sum for the full game + a bunch of skins.

In point of fact, it is unreasonable to think that valve would support any such site at all. They gain absolutely no benefit from having other people sell their wares.

Very untrue. It brings attention to more games, which brings more in. Maybe not as effectively as just buying from Steam, but it is better than people pirating it...

No, Valve does not supply keys to 3rd party sites, especialy grey market sites.
