Strangely, physical copy is much cheaper where i live than buying it digitally, so check out some stores as well.
Regardless though take caution when buying from the third party sites as it's done at your own risk.

In point of fact, it is unreasonable to think that valve would support any such site at all. They gain absolutely no benefit from having other people sell their wares.

No, Valve does not supply keys to 3rd party sites, especialy grey market sites.
