Twitter verify problem

One day I tried to open my Twitter and it said "you need to verify your email" or something like that. I click on "send verify email". Then open my email. Click on "verify" and the only thing I see is "Something went wrong. Due to a technical issue, we couldn't complete this request. Please try again". It's like that for months.. How can I fix it ? I tried to do it from both my phone and laptop, but nothing worked.. http://prntscr.com/ke6dt0

did you use twitter previously and was the account banned before?

if not, try to verify after 12 hours...

I'm using Twitter since 2017. I wrote to the Support Team, but they didn't help at all. They told me to change my password. I did it. Still the same issue. That's the first time I have problems like that, so I think it haven't been banned

if twitter support could not help you then i guess you are out of luck. maybe it is a bug on their end and no fix is available yet.

if the twitter account is not that impportant to you, i suggest you create another one using another email address and another phone number. this way, you will still have chance to recover your old twitter account and be able to tweet again using new account.

getting another number is easy, at least in the philippines where one can buy a prepaid SIM for less than 1$ and ~3$ load equivalent will have calls/texts validity for about a year.

How can a new account help me recover my old one ? And yeah, it's pretty important for me

you keep on verifying every 12 hours your original twitter account. if you successfully recover your old accoount, you have the option of maintaining 2 accounts or delete the account which no longer holds importance to you.

you tweet new happenings on your new twitter account.

Are these guys serious ? I'm telling them that I can't verify my email, and they send me 3 email with instructions how to change my password. I can't believe how mad I am right now

You know, it’s because this demography problem what appear on all the developed countries. There are few employees, so companies have hard time these days to find new employees, employees know that so they know they don’t have to put the proper effort into their job, because they won’t be fired.
They do a very little, and the rest of the problems are treated like you experienced.

same problem no fix they tell me to reset the password ffs why they do a phone number verification
