sad at the lack of Japanese Action RPGs being mentioned. Like Zwei, Xanadu Next, the Tales series. For the Tales series, I'd suggest Tales of symphonia due to the Zestiria game(anime from what I hear is worth watching) being ♥♥♥♥, and Symphonia over Berseria because Berseria has Denuvo.
