To be honest, I would prefer new games and new ideas be explored, but that doesn't mean the occasional gem can't be re-made.

i just remembered some old af games or not games but online erm social games sorta:

-nicktropolis oh god so many memories on this one
-neopets oh god they went down the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when the scientologists took over it
-CARTOON NETWORK ORBIT!!! probably my fav one.

all were able to be played on my potato windows 98 dinosaur desktop computer, so if they remade them they'd probably be way better and could still be runned on today's higher end more cost effective and more advanced computers, the possiblities could be endless.

Oh man if we're going down this path, I would like to pick no one lives forever one and two, Nocturne, broken helix, the PS1 Ghost in the Shell game, the first two Persona games which are actually 3 games, and maybe the suikoden game series. Oh and definitely Phantasy Star 4, because it is the best RPG ever.

Id honestly say that Halo Reach is surprisingly good for a game made almost a decade ago. It could release tomorrow and probably do just as well, it's held up nicely in my opinion. Graphics are decent, story is amazing, multiplayer is good, etc.
