With that in mind:
Go for Warframe if you prefer third person shooters or hack and slash's.
Go for ESO if you prefer RPGs.
For Elder Scrolls Online, never played it but I did have experience with Skyrim. It has more freedom there.
Edit: Made a new account from my PS4 and I thought I could migrate my old one here in steam but no it's impossible. Went back to level 0 and invited my friend over, we felt bored about it for a worthwhile.
Warframe is so pressured on grind, and even after getting some basic better stuff, it's still grinding
I disagree. I haven't put a penny into Warframe and have some of the best gear. Effort made me over 1k plat, if you know where to get mods that sell well, let alone if you get a riven mod work over 2k plat.
Wait on weapons is not long either, about 24 hours. Mats are usualy easy to get as well.
I have all but 3 or 4 frams too, all farmed. Only frames I bought were discontinued Primes of my favorite ones and that was from plat earned in-game.
I have and play both.
ESO is slower, but a far larger world with a lot to do. As an open world, you can explore all over.
Warframe is good for quick bursts of play. I'll play if I have little time and want to do something quick solo or with friends, but it is also fine during long stretches.
By playing both, you are less likely to get burnt out on one as well.
ESO has far more lore and story to it though. A lot has already been established and stuff comes out in nice sized chunks.
Warframe is a bit slow to grow, so you may find things lacking after you have done most of it, since all there is to do is farm until future content is released.
In the end, it is up to you, but I hope by thoughts and opinions on these games help.

Even the worst weapon is viable for awhile. It is mainly the mods that keep them going and the level you get the mods to.
I used the same Braton MK1 for awhile. New weapons are easy to come by and there are even some available for credits in the store.
Most (If not all) blueprints are purchasable in credits as well, with most having materials that you simply get through playing the game, no grinding. Prime parts are the only ones that required any grinding due to relics and they are more of an end game type thing.
I played around the time it originaly came out ten stopped for a few years and went back. Started playing again around last Thanks Giving.
I actualy see ESO as more of a pay to win, since you can't buy anything in their store through in-game currency or get their premium currency in-game.
